Standard Golf Company warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship within a period of one year from the date of purchase. Standard Golf’s sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair, replace or refund the price of the defective product or component. All such repairs, refunds and replacements are subject to such rules, terms and conditions as Standard Golf may promulgate from time to time.
The foregoing limited warranty is in lieu or all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Standard Golf be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages of any nature whatsoever.
To make a warranty claim, please take the following steps:
- Promptly notify Standard Golf in writing as soon as you notice a defect. Include a copy of your invoice or a valid Standard Golf invoice number, a photograph of the defective product, and a brief description of the defect DO NOT dispose of the defective product. Retain all packaging for your use in returning the defective product. You will be required to return some or all of the defective products before any replacements will be sent or credit issued.
- Once Standard Golf has received this information we will determine whether the claimed defect is covered by the above warranty. If Standard Golf cannot determine from the photograph whether or not the product is defective, Standard Golf will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and Call Tags. You are requested to return the product within 15 days, and note the RGA on all packages.
- If Standard Golf determines that the claimed defect is covered by the above warranty, you will be notified whether it is necessary for you to return all of the defective products, a sampling of the defective products, or if no return is necessary. Any required return must be received by Standard Golf within 15 days, and the RGA number must appear on all packages being returned.
- Once Standard Golf receives the returned goods, we will either replace the defective products or repair the products and return them to you. If you do no return all of the products that were requested, Standard will issue a pro-rata credit.
