COVID-19 Shipping Update

  1. We will be asking to confirm every order and verify that there will be someone at that location to receive all packages.
  2. We will need a contact name and phone number on EVERY order sent to contact that person for delivery. We are suggesting you provide a number that will be answered during normal delivery hours.
  3. You will need to count all boxes and inspect them at the time of delivery. UPS and FedEx both are not requiring a signature at this time and it is causing issues. If packages are left without inspection, there is nothing Standard Golf Company can do against damage or theft.
  4. If a course or business is closed at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges to forward product to another location or to have it returned to Standard Golf Company. There will be no exceptions.

Reminder, we are shipping most orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order under normal circumstances.

UPS has informed us if customers/distributors are working unique hours,  putting information on the shipping label will not work.
